UEMI's commitment to gender balance goes beyond words. Our Women's Initiative, built upon the foundation of the SOLUTIONSplus project, actively fosters a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected. Here's how we translate that commitment into action:

Empowering Female Leaders: We support female-run startups and initiatives within the electric mobility space, recognizing their potential to drive innovation and progress.

Equal Opportunities for All: Advancement is based on merit, not gender. We provide equal opportunities for all genders to reach their full potential within UEMI.

Inspiring the Future Generation: We actively encourage women to pursue careers in electric mobility, promoting STEM education and vocational training opportunities within the sector.

UEMI is dedicated to fostering a culture of gender equality at all levels of our organization. We are proud to announce that 56% of our staff is female. We are committed to supporting women in the electric mobility sector and work towards a future where everyone has the opportunity to thrive in this industry.


While we are proud of our progress, we recognize there is always room for improvement. Here's a breakdown of the gender distribution across UEMI:

  • Junior Positions: 71% Women, 29% Men

  • Senior Positions: 42% Women, 58% Men

We are actively working to increase the representation of women in senior positions at UEMI.
