Call for Tender: MobiliseHER Mobility Lab & Public Exhibition - Kochi

Location: Fort Kochi & Mattancherry, Kochi, Kerala, India

 

The Urban Electric Mobility Initiative (UEMI) invites eligible organizations to submit proposals for the implementation of the MobiliseHER Mobility Lab and City-Level Exhibition in Kochi, as part of the Horizon Europe-funded MobiliseHER project.

 

This initiative aims to pilot and showcase gender-responsive mobility solutions through a six-month applied Lab and an engaging public exhibition in the historic neighborhoods of Fort Kochi and Mattancherry.

 

We welcome applications from single organizations or consortia (1–4 members), preferably based in Kochi, with experience in inclusive urban mobility, participatory processes, and public engagement.

 

 

Scope of Work

 

Applicants are expected to deliver:

 

• Applied Mobility Lab (Sep 2025–Jan 2026), including surveys, small-scale infrastructure interventions, workshops, and evaluation

• A city-level public exhibition in December 2025 presenting stories, visuals, and results

• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration with local authorities and CSOs

• A final report summarizing outcomes, lessons, and visuals

 

A co-funding contribution (10–20%, in-kind) is to be discussed.
